Welcome to the City of Plattsburgh Utility Billing System. The auto-pay feature is available to set-up monthly, direct debit payments. Click on manage bills in the next screen to reach the automatic payment set-up link.

Individual online payments for Utility Bills can be made by using the shopping cart for all of your accounts. Payments can be mailed to: City of Plattsburgh, Finance Office, Dept. 2880, P.O. Box 4110, Woburn, MA 01888-4110. Please include the payment coupon with your check or money order.
To search utility bills and usage history in the Utility Billing Files, enter your Account Number and Customer ID below. These numbers appear in the upper right corner of your utility bill. After entering the site to search for invoices, use the shopping cart for payment processing. If you need assistance locating the Account Number and Customer ID for your accounts, please contact customer service by phone or email through the contact information tab to the right.
